I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Supervisor, specializing in the integration of faith in counseling. My goal is to provide hope, help, and healing to other people across North Carolina via tele-therapy. Some areas of specialty are: anxiety, worry, depression, marriage, past wounds, parenting, adjustments, grief and bereavement, postpartum, isolation, ruminating thoughts and behaviors, relationship issues, spiritual struggles, and boundaries.
I believe that we are products of both biology and our environment. Often, by reinterpreting these wounded relationships and events, and being given skills to cope with various struggles they can begin to be seen in a different light. I’m excited to work with people who are ready to make change and make the effort necessary to heal!
