I’m a marriage and family therapist who specializes in individual therapy, with a focus on busy adult professionals. If you struggle with stress, self esteem, anxiety, relationship, career or family of origin issues I could be the therapist for you. I’m passionate about helping adults find their best selves and working together to address any underlying relationship or anxiety issues. I graduated with a Psychology BA and an MFT MA, and have 11 years in private practice working with professional adults who are often struggling with stress and overwhelm of various types.
I believe that therapy works best as a collaborative process - I’ll work with you to establish goals that are meaningful to you. We’ll tailor our sessions to your individual needs. My approach to therapy is integrative and person-centered, incorporating attachment theory, CBT, mindfulness, humanism and other evidence-based treatments.
