Hi there, I'm Jessica! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I believe therapy should feel like a conversation between two friends. I like to tell my clients that I am a straight shooter. If you want a therapist who will listen and not judge but call you out on your stuff, then I am the one for you. I have a compassionate focus on helping individuals navigate the complexities of anxiety, grief, depression, and life changes and challenges. I have a background in psychology and extensive training in therapeutic techniques. I help untangle the strings. As a therapist, I try to provide a safe and supportive environment.
