Are you a person who craves a deeper, more consistent connection with yourself, with others, and with nature despite the challenges that come with juggling responsibilities? Utilizing somatic and attachment-based lenses, I strive to create an intentional space for those with a desire to build and uphold meaningful connections, remain grounded, and manage every day stress. I feel passionate in supporting the parent-child attachment and honoring the support needed for both parent and child. I am additionally passionate about supporting women in navigating the complex emotional landscape that is accompanied by hormonal changes.
For the past year at Fireside Therapy, the majority of my clients have been neurodivergent/twice-exceptional children, and I have also been serving children, parents, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and relational complexities. I have additional training in play therapy, DBT, expressive arts, sand tray, and parent coaching.
I honor the individuality of each client by incorporating a variety of frameworks within my work. Using DBT, CBT, attachment theory, play therapy, art-based therapy, narrative therapy, and somatic therapy frameworks, I will curate a personalized treatment plan that works for you.
