I work with people who are carrying more than they let on. Oftentimes, parents of young children navigating big behaviors, people stuck in patterns that don’t serve them, and individuals working through trauma that’s made the world feel less safe. I’m not afraid of the hard stuff. I stay grounded and steady so you don’t have to carry it alone.
My approach is trauma-focused, relational, and client-paced. With children, I use play therapy to meet them where language often can’t go yet. With teens and adults, I offer a space where nothing you say will shock me and nothing about your story disqualifies you from care.
