About
Many people find themselves struggling to maintain balance during adjustment or following a traumatic event. Life circumstances and experiences often cloud our vision. We may feel confused, lost, or broken in making the best decisions for ourselves. We need a safe space to ground our energy and find stillness. I am a licensed clinical social worker who takes a person centered approach to therapy. This means I believe every person already has what they need to reach their full potential and live their best life. I meet you where you are and we work together to lift the clouds that are blocking you from the life you deserve.
I use mindfulness based and trauma focused therapy. What does this mean?! It means that I believe people are resilient. I believe we can transform after challenging situations, and I believe this transformation occurs when live our lives in the present moment. Mindfulness can help build healthy relationships, improve family dynamics, & increase success.
We all have points in our life where support is needed to navigate the difficulty. I am here to help you turn down the noise in your life in order to embrace the life you were meant to live. I am here to help you - to help you get your life back - to find contentment - to find joy in everyday living. Call or email me today to explore how to get started.
