If your symptoms are real but your workup keeps coming back clean, you're not imagining it — you're in health psychology territory. Chronic pain, chronic illness, unexplained physical symptoms, the anxiety that never fully switches off, the burnout no vacation erases. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents on all of it — combining somatic approaches, pain reprocessing, and evidence-based care with a real understanding of what happens to the body when it has reached its limit. Fair warning: I'm not what most people expect. Neither are most of my clients. The bigger surprise, for most of them, is that something finally works.

The pressure is relentless. So is the feeling of facing it alone. Maybe there's a loneliness that lingers even when people are around, or symptoms your doctor can't quite explain. You've tried things. They help, until they don't. The medication that was supposed to fix it — didn't. More deep breathing felt like an insult. I get it.
