The pressure is relentless. So is the feeling that you're facing it alone. Maybe there's an anxiety that never fully switches off, a loneliness that lingers even when you have people around. Or symptoms your doctor can't quite explain. You've tried things. They help, until they don't. Fair warning: I'm not what most people expect. But then again, neither are most of my clients. The bigger surprise, for most of them, is that something finally works. The medication that was supposed to fix it — didn't. Suggesting more journaling felt like an insult. I get it. Being told it's stress when you know it's more than that — I get that too.

I work with adults, couples, and adolescents on chronic pain, chronic illness, unexplained physical symptoms, anxiety, trauma, and burnout — combining somatic approaches with evidence-based care.
