My approach to therapy is to keep things as simple as possible. I enjoy helping Christian women of all ages understand the obstacles in their way and helping them work through improving their everyday choices. I believe that mental health should be a priority for all of society and each person deserves an opportunity to become the best version of themselves, which is why I encourage clients to use whatever means they have to invest in quality therapy.
I am a Christian author and Counselor currently licensed as a Professional Counselor in GA and OK. I have worked as a certified School Counselor in a middle school setting for 3 yrs. followed by 2 yrs at a medical school. I am a graduate of Richmont Graduate University (M.A.) and Spelman College (B.A.), am married, and reside in Tulsa, OK by way of ATL.
