Over the course of our life, we often need support in overcoming personal and/or professional challenges and addressing the roadblocks that prevent us from being successful and feeling fulfilled. Using a warm, genuine, and empathic approach, I aim to build trusting, collaborative relationships with my clients to help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves, experience emotional relief, and feel empowered to make profound change.
By creating a safe, accepting environment, we will explore difficult or confusing experiences together with the goal of making sense of difficulties and where they may have originated. With greater self-awareness, my clients are able to access their resiliency and strengths, learn new skills, and lead a more a healthy, balanced life.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of psychological concerns, cognitive abilities, and diverse family makeups. I have extensive training in a range of psychotherapeutic treatment techniques and tailor my interventions to meet my clients’ individualized needs. I have worked in schools, community clinics, and outpatient hospitals.
