I specialize in working with children and teens who feel overwhelmed by big emotions. Often, what shows up as behavior is really a child’s way of communicating something they don’t yet have the words for. Together, we gently explore what’s underneath and help your child build the tools they need to feel more confident, calm, and in control.
Using evidence-based approaches such as play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and family systems work, I meet children where they are developmentally and emotionally. I collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to ensure progress continues beyond the therapy room.
