My focus is to create a compassionate, collaborative space where individuals and families can explore growth and healing. I work with clients across the lifespan navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, with a strong commitment to affirming LGBTQ+ care. Guided by cultural humility and curiosity, I honor each person’s strengths, values, and identity while supporting them through seasons of uncertainty, self-discovery, and change.

My approach is person-centered and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic techniques to build resilience and self-awareness.

With younger clients, I incorporate play and creative interventions to encourage healthy emotional expression, and I provide guidance to parents and caregivers to strengthen connection at home. I strive to offer a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to live more authentically and confidently.
