It takes a lot of effort to grow and heal. It is exponentially harder if you're doing it alone. My hope is that together, we can create a space that feels safe and inviting to dig into who are you and who you want to be. I believe humans contain multitudes and our path to healing lies in the acceptance of all of the parts of ourselves. My hope is to help you get to know and accept those parts of yourself by providing empathy, acceptance and some humor along the way. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and ETT (Emotional Transformation Therapy using light and color) to aid in that journey.
I specialize in individuals struggling with trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am also passionate about women's issues, helping new moms, and client's struggling with eating disorders and/or body image concerns. I welcome all individuals, including LGBTQIA.
