I want to be part of your healing story. I believe that two people working together are stronger than one. I believe that most of our suffering comes from the pain around separation and disconnection and that healing and empowerment is best experienced and guided within a relational framework. I believe that the traditional or Western medical model for healing is outdated and limited and so I embrace a holistic or integrative approach to mental health. I believe that healing takes place beyond intellectual processing and that we need to integrate healing into somatic or body based processes and rewriting personal narrative.
Alongside my training in counseling, I have been formally trained as a yoga instructor and health coach. I have additional education in health psychology, somatic therapy, trauma therapy, and chronic pain. I have received advanced training in EMDR and am certified in TRE (trauma/tension release exercises).

I tend to work best with clients that are drawn to intuitive practices, living life on their own terms, and individuals who are drawn to holistic or integrative health models.
