As a trauma-informed therapist, I am prepared to help you reprocess and cope with your past trauma. By providing a safe space for you, I aim to facilitate healing from negative experiences in your life that may have shaped how you see yourself and the world so that you can move forward with healthy and fulfilling relationships.
My experience as a CASAC-G provides me the skills and knowledge to work with clients with impulse management challenges. I use a client-centered, integrated approach to therapy, frequently pulling from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness based practices. Additionally, I am a trained INELDA doula, and can help you navigate grief and loss.
