During our sessions we will be exploring some of the roots of your challenges and how to make changes so that you can achieve your goals. I come from a very holistic standpoint, and I believe that working on your mind, body and spirit is very important, as they are all interconnected. As a Christian counselor, I offer my clients the opportunity to pursue long lasting change through the power of Christ.
