I believe that at various times in our lives, all individuals, couples, and families need support adjusting to trauma, life changes, and the daily stressors we all face. I desire to create a safe relationship in which individuals feel that their experiences are understood and accepted. When the therapeutic relationship is built on trust, compassion, understanding, and acceptance, individuals feel supported to make positive changes in their lives. I specialize in CPTSD, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families across the lifespan to provide crisis support and stabilization, as well as trauma resolution. I also help individuals adjust to life changes, improve self esteem, develop communication skills, improve interpersonal relationships, and achieve personal goals.
Life can be very overwhelming at times, I am here to advocate for you and provide a safe warm place for you to be entirely yourself without judgement.
