I do both Telehealth & In Person sessions. I love working with all different groups of people. I can assist in helping children, teenagers, adults, and couples. I have been trained in EMDR, DNMS, IFS, trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional and sexual abuse, and attachment issues. I can also treat adolescent issues, OCD, PTSD, eating disorders, and social anxiety. If you have had trauma in your past including trauma due to sexual, narcissistic, or emotional abuse I can help! Accepting new clients! I am trained in EMDR, ACT, DBT, Exposure therapy, Attachment therapy, CBT & TF-CBT. I spent time working at a rape recovery center and can help with recovering from abuse and trauma. I also have experience in domestic violence and domestic abuse. I can assist in helping you to overcome PTSD, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety.
