Evening and weekend times! I offer EMDR and treatment for complex trauma. I specialize in treating trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, and chronic mental health conditions like bipolar disorder and personality disorders. I am experienced with treating survivors of childhood trauma, military and first responder trauma, and relational trauma. Many of my patients are highly functional adults who are seeking to recover from past experiences that are limiting their daily lives. They want their lives to stabilize and to experience relief from emotional pain, so they can fulfill their highest potential.
In my practice, I use an integrated approach to stabilize symptoms and help patients function at their best. I use psychodynamic principles, attachment-based therapy, ego state therapy (also called parts work), and when appropriate, EMDR therapy to rapidly clear away unhelpful beliefs and memories that prevent you from living life to the fullest.
I approach all patients with compassion, and provide comfort through connection and empathy. If you are hoping to better manage symptoms that are impacting your life, or if you are looking to work through complex, long-standing life concerns, I look forward to helping you meet your therapy goals. It is truly a privilege to work with you.

I use the three-phased approach to treating trauma and dissociation that experts agree is both effective and able to help keep you feeling safe and comfortable, reducing any unwanted interference with your life outside of therapy. For depression and anxiety, I'll work with you to help you manage these emotions using cognitive (thought pattern) techniques.
