Hi! I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Lafayette College in Easton, PA, and a graduate degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Seton Hall University. I am a licensed LPC with a deep passion for psychology and understanding how the mind works. I'm particularly fascinated by the mind-body connection and its impact on mental health, believing that these two aspects significantly influence each other.
