I help women and children who just haven’t felt like themselves lately; fatigued, moody, anxious, stressed. You used to feel like you were thriving in life, and then depression or anxiety crept in. Or maybe it's your "once-so-sweet" child who is acting out or fearful and stressed all the time. Through supportive counseling, we can help you or your child RE-flourish in life.
I specialize in providing counseling to women and children experiencing symptoms of depression, trauma, and anxiety. We look at ways to move you forward and thrive again, including mindfulness and integrative approaches. These may be easy lifestyle shifts or nutritional psycho-education, which focuses on the gut-brain connection for a happier you, naturally!
I've been through my own "mood and food" journey and am passionate about sharing the knowledge I've gained through professional training and personal experience.
