Since 2007, I have been working with women and teen girls to help them manage anxiety, depression, trauma, mood issues and to improve self esteem and self worth.
I specialize in working with couples to help improve their communication, manage conflict, rebuild friendship, increase affection, and reduce loneliness. If you are looking for a compassionate, experienced therapist with a little bit of humor thrown in, you've come to the right place!
What is a Certified Gottman Therapist?
An expert in the field of marriage and couples therapy who has completed 3 Levels of Training and Practicum, a process that takes an average of 5-7 years. A CGT has learned the proven assessment techniques and research based intervention strategies of the Gottman Method. Jessica is only the 584th CGT in the world!
Specialized training in helping couples with sex and intimacy, affairs and infidelity, neurodiversity, early recovery from substance abuse, and military/veterans family reunification after deployment.
