My approach is rooted in body-based trauma therapies that help to harmonize the emotions, sensations and stories that are the residue of trauma, while promoting positive change in the brain. Together, we can help you come home to your body, cultivate healthier, more fulfilling relationships, and restore your connection with the fullest version of yourself.
I work remotely with clients located in NY, CA, and CO and my practice is inclusive to people of all races and identities.
