I help women through the transition of pregnancy & early parenting, and dealing with any postpartum changes. I also help women who want to change their relationship with food and their bodies. I have a holistic approach for women that covers a wide range of symptoms & issues, including: working with clients who are pregnant and struggling, those having a tough transition with a new baby, or women struggling with depression or anxiety. I also enjoy helping clients make peace with food. I can also assist with perfectionism & 'type A' thinking.
