As your therapist, I want to help you to discover what patterns in your life prevent you from thriving. I seek to help you uncover what events in your past contribute to any traumas, emotional difficulties, and fears. My goal is to journey with you in your healing. I will foster a safe environment in which to do these things.
I use a client-centered approach to aid children, adolescents, adults, and couples with stress, relationship conflicts, difficult life transitions, past trauma, and sense of self issues. I have specialties working with children in foster-care/adoption, adoptive/foster/biological parents, as well as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
