I see ages 16+, as individuals, and families, including couples and marriage therapy. I am a trained EMDR therapist, and a Certified Trauma Professional. I have experience working with ADHD, drug/alcohol abuse and addiction; porn addiction; suicidal and homicidal ideation; physical, sexual, emotional, and negligent abuse; and trauma, grief, and loss.
I believe in a strength based, holistic approach to therapy. Sometimes the greatest gift we can receive is a listening ear and safe place for reflect. Furthermore, I believe that everyone has the innate capacity for change and with the right help and encouragement, anything is possible.
