As a licensed social worker in Pennsylvania with nearly 20 years of experience, I understand the importance of having a safe, supportive space where you can be heard. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from Marywood University and have dedicated my career to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges.
My experience spans a wide range of areas, including anxiety & depression ,trauma and adjustment disorders, mood disorders, family and relationship challenges.
As humans, we all need connection, compassion, and guidance. I believe we each hold the strength and courage to overcome obstacles, and sometimes we just need someone to walk alongside us.
