Do you find yourself overcome with anxiety, in a way that is impacting your everyday life? Maybe a certain relationship has been weighing heavily on you, or something from your past keeps coming up? Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, a tumultuous transition, identity growth, or a relationship issue at work or at home, you are in the right place. As a part of Tri-State Psychotherapy Group, I provide compassionate, relational therapy to NY/MA/CT residents on a wide range of issues on a long-term basis. In therapy, I help clients gain skills to identify triggers, employ boundaries, and practice self-compassion.
Although I customize to each client, my therapeutic approach is rooted in developing a long-term relationship with clients and leveraging modalities in interpersonal psychotherapy, attachment theory, and CBT skills. I believe that each client is an expert in their own experience, and has the strength within to grow, reflect, and change.
