As a part of Tri-State Psychotherapy Group, I provide compassionate therapy in NY/MA/CT on a wide range of issues, customized to your needs. In therapy, I help clients do the inner work to build confidence, identify triggers, employ boundaries, and practice self-compassion.

Although I customize to each client, my therapeutic approach is rooted in developing a strong relationship with clients and leveraging modalities in interpersonal psychotherapy, attachment theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I believe that each client is an expert in their own experience, and has the strength within to grow, reflect, and change.
