Hello! I am a strengths based therapist that specializes in working with pre-teens, teens, young adults, college students, and women experiencing depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, ADHD, relationship conflicts, ASD, trauma and transition specific barriers. My desire is for each person to experience peace, restoration, and revival in their lives. Wherever your path has led you, I am ready to meet you right where you are. I use a holistic approach to counseling and view the entire person and their experiences as a whole, empowering individuals to make positive and meaningful changes to their lives.
I specialize in trauma and I am trained in EMDR. I utilize Talk Therapy, Faith Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and more. While I do not have all of the answers, I can help lead you to restoration and renewal by providing you with an empathetic and safe environment, with an occasional sense of humor.
