Hello, and thank you for checking out my profile! I'm very lucky and grateful to say that I found one of the greatest joys of my life through my work as a therapist in the last several years. Each day, I'm grateful for the opportunity to walk with my clients through the toughest parts of life. While I specialize in trauma, I do enjoy working with other struggles as well, such as anxiety and depression. I consider myself to be a therapist who meets clients where they are. I come to you as a fellow human with the respect of knowing that you are the expert on yourself; you just need assistance in moving forward. LGBTQIA+, poly allied.
My specialty is working with clients to successfully move forward from trauma. I use "Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy" (EMDR) to assist clients in processing disturbing memories, as well as processing present triggers and identifying an ideal framework for the future.
