I provide individual therapy mostly using IFS, values-based, and mindfulness-based approaches. I love helping clients discover hidden parts of themselves that have been contributing to their discomfort, so that we can work together to befriend the part while building emotional awareness, self-compassion, and practical coping tools to support lasting change.
