I describe my therapeutic style as "alive": alive to your story, alive to your pain, alive to who and where you are, right now. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including schema therapy, transformational chair work, and trauma-focused therapy, tailored to get to the heart of the issue and help you regain a sense of agency in your life.

My specialty is working with people in transition, on the cusp between the past and the future. What worked before, works no more...or maybe it never did, really. So now what? I'm here to help you make decisions and take action so you feel in charge of your own life again (or for the first time).
