I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Orleans, Louisiana. I received my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of New Orleans and have practiced throughout the greater New Orleans area for nearly a decade. My focus and passion are centered around the trials and tribulations of motherhood, pregnancy, including high risk pregnancies, premature birth and navigating the NICU, child loss, and postpartum.
My personal and professional experience within these areas sets me apart from general therapeutic practices. There is an unspoken need to inform, educate and support women through these emotionally taxing situations. My experience allows me to provide this necessary service to mothers and their support systems.
My goal is to help women and families gain confidence to overcome institutional barriers and set them up to handle stressful aspects of motherhood. I offer specific education, information, advocacy skills, coaching and therapeutic healing to support those involved.

Thinking about You, Thinking about Me!
This six week, twice per week, intensive social-emotional learning group will include five children between the ages of eight and ten. They will learn and practice helpful decision and emotional regulation skills that will enhance their ability to peacefully interact with those around them! This group will start in early June and will go through mid-July!
