Starting to look for a therapist is the first major step, and you should be so proud that you have gotten this far. Life isn’t easy, especially now. Pandemic world sucked, 2020-2022 was a rough period in time. I'm right here with you in the shit-show that is the world right now, and I’ve been there before. I run a small, growing private practice in Houston that is inclusive, affirming and welcoming of all!

I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with trauma or symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. People who are trying to navigate the ups and downs of life, helping them resolve their shame, and insecurities. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ population, women’s issues, and maternal mental health.

It’s okay to get help and I give you permission to feel what you are feeling. You deserve to feel better and you matter. Know that you will not always feel how you feel in this moment.
