Hi, I am passionate about helping others navigate difficulties within their life while providing support and insights. I enjoy helping my clients reach their goals and discover new things about themselves! I am continuing to learn more and more about my passions within this field. So far I have found that I am particularly passionate about helping those who are experiencing difficulties in or losses of relationships, friendships, family relationships, and more. I am also passionate about helping individual's work through previous childhood hurt.
I have experience in various areas including anxiety, loss of relationships, depression, adjustment disorders, life changes, grief/loss & other stressors. I provide faith-based counseling as well, as I am a Christian, but I have & will continue to work with individuals of different beliefs & backgrounds!
I understand that there are so many difficulties that individuals are walking through and I hope to be able to walk with you.
