Lifes problems come in many shapes and sizes and so do the solutions. I offered a Christian based approach, leaning into scriptures, like Psalm 147:3, and proven scientific based approaches (Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Family Systems, and Play Therapy).
I believe that when we face our problems in life, solutions are found and healing begins. The journey is not always easy and takes time, focus, motivation, and someone willing to walk the journey with you.
