Together I'd like to create a plan to aid in reducing the pain and suffering with whatever struggles you have in life and learn new ways to find happiness and inner-peace. My passion for guiding youth has always been at the forefront of my practice. It can be difficult as a parent or guardian and see your child struggle with depression, anxiety, anger or self-esteem. I want to support your child in a way to become a happy healthy adult.
Change can be challenging for adults as well. In order to find balance in life it is important to nurture our own inner-child and engage in self-care. I strive to balance my practice and work alongside both children and adults ready for change through healing from within.
This is your path, therefore I am client-centered and employ a personal strength-based approach. Including techniques from art, play, and experiential therapy I engage in talk therapy with children and adults. My experience includes but not limited to using mindfulness, DBT, and CBT techniques with adults and youth.
