I am an Art therapist/Counselor who works with women and children and can help you get to the root of what's bothering you using art to help express yourself. Art therapy is a tool that works to help you heal by using different art materials. You don't have to be an artist to benefit. I give Art therapy directives based on what you need, and you create!
I know what its like to battle with anxiety and depression, so have empathy for any mental health struggle you may be going through.
