I am honored to help clients of all ages heal from trauma, and develop habits of self-care. I also have experience helping people work through grief and loss, depression and anxiety. I see therapy as a sacred space to express and process feelings, and develop new, adaptive skills. I love watching clients build the lives they want from the inside out.
I offer a client-centered therapeutic experience in which therapy is tailored to your specific needs. Some of the modalities I find helpful include: EMDR, somatic techniques, DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness. What is most important of all is providing a safe, trusting space that allows you to do the healing work.
My experience as a therapist has been extremely rewarding and I am grateful for the trust my clients have placed in me. I celebrate the capacity people have to overcome enormous challenges and find internal resources to heal and transform.
