I am Jessica Dineen—please feel free to call me Jess! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor in California. My approach is simple: you are the expert in your own life. Life can get in the way, making it hard to access your own wisdom, but I’m here to help you find your way back to it. Whether it’s trauma, self-doubt, or feeling stuck, I’ll support you in exploring what’s holding you back and offer feedback to help you move forward.
For trauma survivors, my preferred method is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), along with The Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM). Both approaches integrate somatic techniques, which research shows are highly effective in healing trauma. For clients who prefer a more traditional talk therapy approach, I draw on Psychodynamics.
My style is non-judgmental, authentic, and sometimes compassionately direct. I specialize in working with survivors of narcissistic abuse, codependency, trauma, and divorce.
