I love helping children and young people navigate life’s transitions and challenges. Whether it’s complexities of growing up, school stress, anxiety, figuring out career/ college plans, personal identity, grief, or other stressors, I’m here to help. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you/ your child can feel safe to explore and grow.
With over 12 years of experience in elementary school counseling, career counseling, and teaching at WVU, I’m passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel understood and valued. I’m excited to bring my expertise to private practice and serve our community.
We also might have some fun along the way-incorporating expressive arts, play therapy, sand tray, and talk therapy.
