Currently only accepting clients for EMDR intensives. Are you feeling stuck? Anxious? Unable to move beyond your past and into the future you long for? Maybe you have even been going to therapy and feel like it helped at first, but you are not really making progress anymore. Client that I work with want MORE. They want to progress with their goals, feel happier and be open to something new and beautiful for their lives.

Currently, I am offering EMDR intensives. EMDR is designed to work past those places that feel "stuck" both in your thoughts and in your body (because our bodies hold on to trauma, and we may not even be aware of it!). EMDR intensives are a great way to jump start movement forward.

Starting therapy is not always easy! My first priority is to build honest, caring relationships with my clients. It is important to me to build a place of safety both emotionally and physically.
