Hello! I am accepting new clients. After 8 years in Boise, Idaho I returned to Southern Utah to enjoy the desert landscape, live closer to family, and serve the community that has given so much to me. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology from Southern Utah University and a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling from Idaho State University. As a counselor, I strive to provide my clients with a safe space where they feel heard and navigate challenging experiences. including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, addiction and marginalization. The forms of treatment I use are person-centered counseling, dialectical behavior therapy, and emotion focused therapy. Through my own experiences as a counselor and as a client, I know that counseling can be an incredible journey full of healing, hope, and growth.
