I am Jessica deOrnellas, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment to a wide variety of clients. I have worked with adults, children, and adolescents seeking help in dealing with anxiety, depression, anger management, behavioral issues, undeveloped coping skills, grief, difficult life transitions, low self-esteem, stress, trauma, and PTSD. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Albright College and received my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling at Alvernia University.
Through my educational and occupational experiences, I have provided treatment in outpatient, residential, in-home, and school-based settings. I draw on a variety of practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-focused cognitive approaches (TF-CBT), person-centered methods, and positive psychology.
