I am an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor Extern with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Chatham University. I completed my undergraduate studies at Utah Valley University and have experience working with a wide range of ages, with a strong focus on children and adolescents. I served as a crisis counselor on an abuse, crisis, and suicide hotline, providing immediate, confidential support to individuals in acute distress and connecting them with ongoing care and resources. I have additionally volunteered at a women and children’s shelter.
I have worked in residential treatment settings and completed an internship treating substance-related concerns. My clinical interests include trauma and grief, anxiety and depression, self-harm and suicidality, agoraphobia, relationship and family concerns, and sexual abuse
I am a foster parent and have cared for 15 children, giving me firsthand experience supporting children impacted by trauma, abuse, neglect, fetal alcohol syndrome, and neonatal abstinence syndrome. My approach emphasizes patience, structure, consistency, and open communication.
