Many of my clients are parents and professionals in high-stress careers who may also struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, insomnia, fatigue, headaches, back pain, digestive, and cardiac-related health problems. Working with diverse populations in a variety of health care settings has allowed me to develop a range of skills to integrate into therapy. My approach is integrative, practical, and supportive. When appropriate, I use biofeedback and mindfulness skills in our work together. I have trained with teachers including John Kabat-Zinn, Jack Kornfield, Dan Siegel, Ron Epstein, and Bob Stahl, among others.
I take your concerns seriously and consider our work together sacred. We can work together to clarify your goals and leverage your personal strengths to create lasting change. I will guide you toward new perspectives that align with your values to help you live a full and healthy life. We will address your priorities and moving toward them with more ease.
The first phone call to initiate therapy can be intimidating but can be life-changing. I can learn more about you during our initial 15-minute phone call to see if we may be a good fit to work together. Warm regards and I wish you well.
