I am the founder of New Song Counseling and Trauma Recovery, where I specialize in helping adults navigate the effects of complex trauma, anxiety, and relational challenges. I offer a warm, supportive, and trauma-informed space where clients can safely explore their experiences and begin to understand patterns that have shaped their lives. My approach integrates EMDR and other evidence-based therapies to support nervous system regulation, deeper insight, and lasting change.
