Challenges in our lives can feel overwhelming, leaving us unsure of what to do or perhaps even where to begin. Seeking support is integral to your ability to cope and to heal. My goal is to work with you to uncover your true potential and lead a full and balanced life. Together we will work collaboratively to gain insight and perspective, to better understand your experiences and resolve challenges in your life.

As a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, my goal is to assist you in increasing your awareness and understanding of the roots of emotional distress. Using an eclectic approach, we will look at your thoughts, feelings and experiences in an effort to gain understanding and provide you with the tools for lasting change.

Please note I am not taking new patients at this time.
