I am trained in EMDR and have been providing it to my clients since 2014. I'm also trained in EFT couples therapy and Hypnosis. What does this mean for my clients? Women's Online Boundary Confidence Group
6 week online group for 4-6 participants to develop confidence in identifying healthy vs toxic boundaries and learning to communicate boundaries to restructure relationships into healthier interactions. One intake session at regular rate followed by 6 group sessions at $55/week, paid up front.
