The rest of the world looks at you and thinks you have it all together, but you have been tirelessly juggling all the demands of your family, profession, and life in general and you're exhausted: mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Your entire life you've been considered the successful one who makes all the right choices and is the person your friends and family look up to. There's no room for failure. You don't feel you have any choices, so you suck it up and keep moving forward. You don't even have time for therapy, even though you know you deserve to work on yourself. You don't have to carry your burdens alone anymore.

Maybe what's bothering you is adjusting to transitions: you got married, bought a house, had a baby - these are celebrations! Everyone around you is celebrating. But it just doesn't feel like you expected. It feels like something is wrong; but also, you don't know how talking about it is going to fix anything either. Loneliness in a crowd is so hard.

I see clients in person in Redding and in Chico, and I provide online sessions for people who don't have the time to commute. I have advanced trainings in several types of therapy including: EMDR, Internal Family Systems (some consider it inner child parts work), Hypnosis, a type of couples therapy called EFT, and a type of parenting education called PPP.

Boundaries - Online Group

This is a closed group of four clients, plus Jessica. When this group is full, Jessica will create a waiting list until there are four more clients to create another group. During the Boundaries group clients simultatiously learn what healthy boundaries are, examine their own relationships and boundaries, and learn to communicate and hold to boundaries through the vulnerable work within the relationships in the group. All genders welcome.

6-8 Participants will learn about boundaries. What are they? How do we enact them in healthy ways? How do we navigate circumstances with people who push boundaries at work, with family, or socially? How do we maintain relationships and how do we ethically and gracefully remove ourselves from unhealthy relationships? I am creating a waiting list for my office in Redding and for my office in Chico. In each office we will meet on a Friday, two Fridays in a row of session and two Fridays off. $40 per session, per person, paid in full at onset of group (payment plans can be negotiated).
